The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee oversees CSA’s transformation agenda and drives the integration of DEI principles into governance, operations and the whole cricket ecosystems.
It is responsible for reviewing DEI-related policy frameworks, monitoring transformation indicators and equity targets and providing strategic guidance to promote inclusive leadership, representative team structures and equitable talent pathways. The committee advances CSA’s public interest mandate by championing gender equity, racial inclusivity and social cohesion across all tiers of the organisation.
